Who we are…

After graduating from high school, Pat Fogel enlisted in the United States Army, and served his country for 3 years. While in the Army, Pat began working on his BA in history from the University of Alabama. Upon completion of his military service, Pat used the G.I. Bill to finish up his BA and then to attend the Seattle Law School in Washington state. In 1983, Pat moved to “The Land of Enchantment” to be with his family after his sister was killed in a tragic accident. That same year, Pat opened the Fogel Law Firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The Fogel Law Firm focuses its practice primarily on Workers’ Compensation cases. Pat has extensive trial experience in the State District Court and has successfully represented hundreds of injured workers throughout New Mexico. Pat’s clients include workers in many different professions from farm laborers to high tech engineers. No client’s case is ever considered to be too small to be presented in pursuit of full compensation for an injury sustained on the job.

With more than 20 years in practice, Pat has seen many changes in Workers’ Compensation law. He keeps up to date on all such changes, and he currently teaches “Workers’ Compensation” and “Employment” law at Metropolitan College in Albuquerque. Pat is respected by his peers and by defense attorneys, who consider him to be a formidable opponent who is thorough in preparation and professional in handling even the most difficult cases. Pat’s clients can be assured that the Fogel Law Firm actively pursues and appeals all issues effecting the rights of injured workers.
